BUNGEE FITNESS!!

Bungee Fitness is an amazing full-body, high intensity, resistance workout that optimizes every muscle group to the max without the risk of high impact on your joints! Defy gravity, take flight and experience a workout that's so much fun, it doesn't seem like exercise!

What To Expect

1 Hour Appointment - Cardio Guided Playtime

Rigging: 10-15 mins depending on size of class and comfort of students
Class: 30 mins
Free Bounce: 10 minutes
Unrigging & Cool Down: 5-10 mins

Guests can take breaks as needed. Class & playtime can be tailored to group size/needs. 

Please have e-waiver signed ahead of time! Incomplete waivers will affect bounce time.

Who Can Fly

Students must be healthy, not pregnant, not recovering from serious injuries, and must be cleared by their doctor for physical exercise. It is common for students to experience neck and lower back soreness, spatial disorientation, dizziness, headaches as well as bruising, friction burns, and discomfort from the harness.

Size/Weight Requirements
Our harnesses fit kids and adults with a max waist of 51 inches and a max thigh of 35 inches. We do not have harnesses that will fit smaller kids younger than 4-5 years old.
Our bungees can accommodate up to 300lbs.
Harnesses can be very uncomfortable especially in the groin area for all genders, especially if they are on the upper limits of the size restrictions.

Rigging of the bungee equipment is individualized to each guest based on their height and weight. along with their level of comfort with jumping and bouncing. Once date/time are finalized, we NEED to know every guest's height and weight so we can rig appropriately ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in a shortened appointment of we need to adjust rigging.

What To Wear

  • Tennis shoes!
  • No loose or dangling jewelry.
  • ​Long hair must be secured in a ponytail or bun.
  • Leggings or longer shorts that are made of a thick matte material.
  • Sweatpants can be worn but may rub against the skin causing fabric burn.
  • Shiny, slick fabrics will make the harness bunch and be more uncomfortable.
  • Do not wear short shorts or crop tops that would allow for direct contact between the harness and your skin!
  • We recommend that people with navel or genital piercings either remove them or find a way to add more padding to prevent injury from the harness.
  • People may find that compression shorts worn under pants keep genitals safer and more comfortable in the harness.
  • Padded cycling shorts over leggings are a welcome option if you have them.

Pricing

Bungee Parties are $150/hr for up to 5 people.
Additional people may join for $30 per person. Additional 30 min increments may be purchased for $50. 
We have 6 rig points in total, one of which will be taken up by the instructor during orientation. If we have more than 5 guests, guests may take turns on the rig points. Please note that each rig point is set up for each height/weight. Similarly sized individuals can switch rig points relatively quickly, but if there is a big difference it might take up to 10 minutes for the instructor to adjust bungee height for the new person. 


No food, no open drinks, and no spectators.
Party must be paid in full to book. No refunds. 

How To Book

Option 1
1. Fill out the form below and give us your preferred date and time for your party. Our usual booking times are between 9am-2:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and between 1pm-5pm on Saturday & Sunday. Weekday evenings are unavailable due to group classes. Openings are based on instructor and studio availability. 
2. When we find an available date/time, a payment invoice will be emailed in order to secure your appointment.
3. Once invoice is paid, please email us each participant's weight and height. Every point needs to be rigged to each person's weight/height ahead of time. Please share dress code requirement with every guest.
4. Please have every participant fill out a waiver ahead of time. It can take up to 10 minutes to fill out and we don't want to take time away from your party to do so. 

Option 2 - Sometimes we have an open event already 

1. Click "Schedule Now" below and go to "Workshops".  Find a pre-scheduled time, and book.
2. Contact Us with
 us each participant's weight and height. Every point needs to be rigged to each person's weight/height ahead of time. Please share dress code requirement with every guest. 
3. Please have every participant fill out a waiver ahead of time. It can take up to 10 minutes to fill out and we don't want to take time away from your party to do so.
