Take multiple Intro level classes on different apparatuses to develop your strength holistically before joining our harder multilevel classes. Buy the 4 week session for $85 and save money. Drop-ins available if class is not full to people with at least 4 weeks of experience.

Foundations & Conditioning
Fridays 5:45-6:45pm
Stand alone foundational skills & drills you need to get stronger and level up. Inverts, foot locks, pull-ups, and so much more. Come to this instead of or in addition to Intro to Aerial, Pole 1, Pole 2, Lyra, Sling, or Silks.
We made this a drop in class since Fridays are full of gigs and travel and its hard to run as multi week series that build sequences.
