We would like to invite our aerialists that want to continue to stay at home (or train whenever they want) to take our online classes! Remember that if you have outstanding classes from March (the last month we sold packages), that they expire on July 31st! You can use those towards online classes, private lessons, and our very limited in person classes.

How to Sign Up
- 1. Pick out which payment option you want to do! Drop-in, 1 Week Grounded, Monthly Grounded, Monthly Pole, Unlimited (Includes all Grounded & Pole Classes).
- 2. Make a payment via...
-When you pay, please add a description so we know what you want to sign up for! For example: "Drop-in Flexibility", "1 Week Grounded", "Unlimited", etc.
(People with pre-existing drop ins may use them to sign up for classes. Just DM us for which class you'd like to sign up)
3. Add our instructors on Facebook: Dani Tea, Josi Appling, Marissa Pence. Once we have your payment, they will add you to your class's private group a day before class!
These classes will be run in private Facebook Groups. Classes will be Live at these times, when you can watch and ask questions as you learn. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE THESE CLASSES AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. The classes will stay up for 6 days after they've been posted so you can take them or retake them whenever you want to.
A lot of people have been affected financially through the pandemic. Due to this, we are offering our classes on a sliding scale. Feel free to pay any amount in that range to suit your budget.
Grounded Class Options
Flexibility w/ Marissa (Tuesday 5:30pm)
Full body warm up and targeting specific areas and skills.
Exotic Floorwork w/ Josi (Tuesday 7pm)
Get in touch with your inner tigress. Gentle warm up, conditioning, floor work skills, and sexy choreography.
Active Flex Flow + Vertical Conditioning w/ Daniela (Wednesday 4pm)
A full body conditioning and flexibility flow series topped with pull-up bar drills (for those with a pull up bar).
Circuit Training w/ Josi (Thursday 6pm)
We will have approximately 5 stations, and will run through the circuit at minimum 3 times. All stations are body weight exercises- no equipment needed!
Tribal Fusion Bellydance w/ Daniela (Friday 6pm)
Full body warm up, new skill and isolation drills, short combination that includes new skills.
Pole Class Options
Intro to Pole (Monday 6pm)
Conditioning for inverts, climbs, and graceful movement. Learn walks, clean fireman climbs, spins and poses.
Beginner Pole (Monday 7:15pm)
Conditioning & drills. Movements require a higher level of strength and experience. Learn skills that will become foundations for more complex sequences. Must have a clean fireman climb.
Intermediate Pole (Wednesday 5:30pm)
Conditioning and drills for various inverts & mounts. Longer on-the-pole sequences and transitions. Must have a clean (non-jumping, straight leg) invert, scorpio, gemini, jasmine and figure head (things we will learn in Beginner).
