Bungee Fitness is an amazing full-body, high intensity, resistance workout that optimizes every muscle group to the max! Defy gravity, take flight and experience a workout that's so much fun, it doesn't seem like exercise!
NOTE: This is NOT an Aerial Party. Aerial parties consist of a fitness class on silks, sling, and aerial hoop. Aerial arts don't have weight requirements. This is different. This is bungee fitness.

How Can I Bungee? |
Our Bungee classes are available as:
Private Lessons
Good for 1-3 people. $60 for the first person, $30 for each additional person. Some availability m-f before 2pm and some weekends.
Private Groups
$150 for up to 5 people, $30 for each additional person. Some availability m-f before 2pm and some weekends.
4 Week Sessions
$125 for 4 weeks. These are VERY rare, usually once in Spring and another in Fall. Catch one while it's there!
Open Parties
These are once in several blue moons. Follow us on social media for announcements or feel free to scroll through our workshops in our scheduling site below.
Private Lessons

What To Expect
1 Hour Appointment - Cardio Guided Playtime
Rigging: 10-15 mins depending on size of class and comfort of students
Class: 30 mins
Free Bounce: 10 minutes
Unrigging & Cool Down: 5-10 mins
Guests can take breaks as needed. Class & playtime can be tailored to group size/needs.
Please have e-waiver signed ahead of time! Incomplete waivers will affect bounce time.

Who Can Fly
‼️Bungee can be intense. Those looking for a more gentle introduction to aerial arts should look into our conditioning class, Intro to Aerial, or Pole 1 classes.
⚠️Students must be healthy, not pregnant, not recovering from serious injuries, and must be cleared by their doctor for physical exercise. This IS cardio heavy and will require people to be comfortable doing squats, planks, and jumps. It is common for students to experience neck and lower back soreness, spatial disorientation, dizziness, headaches as well as bruising, friction burns, and discomfort from the harness.
Pre-requisites: Participants should be able to comfortably hold a plank, squat, and jump.
Size/Weight Requirements
Our harnesses fit kids and adults with a max waist of 50 inches and a max thigh of 34 inches. We do not have harnesses that will fit smaller kids younger than 4-5 years old.
We do not recommend that people over 225lbs join bungee classes due to increased harness discomfort.
Harnesses can be very uncomfortable especially in the rib and groin area for all genders, especially if they are on the upper limits of the size restrictions.
Rigging of the bungee equipment is approximate to each guest based on their height and weight along with their level of comfort with jumping and bouncing. Once date and time are finalized, we NEED to know every guest's approximate height and weight so we can rig ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in a shortened appointment if we need to adjust rigging. Do keep in mind that rigging is an approximation and that some people might experience more discomfort than others.

What To Wear
- Tennis shoes!
- No loose or dangling jewelry.
- Long hair must be secured in a ponytail or bun.
- Leggings or longer shorts that are made of a thick matte material.
- Do not wear short shorts or crop tops that would allow for direct contact between the harness and your skin!
- We recommend that people with navel or genital piercings either remove them or find a way to add more padding to prevent injury from the harness.
- People may find that compression shorts worn under pants keep genitals safer and more comfortable in the harness.
- Padded cycling shorts over leggings are a welcome option if you have them.
- We do NOT recommend that people eat within an hour of jumping.

Bungee Parties are $150/hr for up to 5 people.
Additional people may join for $30 per person. Additional 30 min increments may be purchased for $50.

3. Once invoice is paid, please email us each participant's weight and height. Every point needs to be rigged to each person's weight/height ahead of time. Please share dress code requirement with every guest.
4. Please have every participant fill out a waiver ahead of time. It can take up to 10 minutes to fill out and we don't want to take time away from your party to do so.
