Private lessons are $68/hr for the first person and $30 for each additional friend

CLASS PACKAGES
Monthly Package / 4 Class Pass

4 Classes. Expires 30 days after purchase. Good for any aerial, pole, or grounded classes. You must sign up for each class you'd like to attend. No shows and cancellations made within 8 hours will be charged as if you had attended. Why 30 days? Consistency is the key to success, baby! Let's BUILD!
Ground Class Pass
$50
Good for Handstands, Flow Arts or Open Gym. You must sign up for each class you'd like to attend.
No shows and cancellations made within 8 hours will be charged as if you had attended.
Expires 60 days after purchase.
Unlimited Monthly
$250/mo (Available with Autobilling ONLY)
Included: All Aerial, Pole, Conditioning, and Handstand classes at your level and below.
10% Off Open Gym, Workshops, Parties, and special sessions or series. During breaks, all Open Gyms and Workshops taught by Dani are included. All other workshops are 30% off to recompense our other instructors properly.
Three month minimum commitment period. We require a 35 day notice to cancel. No prorating.
No-Shows and Cancellations made within 8 hours will be charged a $10 penalty per class. Our classes are usually full, so please be respectful to others that would've loved to have taken your place.
Spring Class Pass

25 Classes. This package is good from January 6th through May 23rd.
Use your class credits for any aerial, pole, grounded classes or Open Gym. You must sign up for each class you'd like to attend. No shows and cancellations made within 8 hours will be charged as if you had attended.
Spring ALL ACCESS Class Membership
$950
Take ALL the classes at your level or below from January 6th through May 23rd! This includes 30% off (1) Workshop per month. Additional workshops, parties, series & open gym are not included.
POLICIES
Note: These policies are in addition to those noted on each class, offering, booking site, and our online waiver, etc.
We are a very small business with a waitlist of eager students. Please understand why we must be so strict!
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
This includes packages, apparel (damaged or not), gift cards, workshops, classes, private lessons, events or any of our offerings. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or pro-rating.
All drop ins, class credits, and packages must be used before they expire! Please be aware that classes are usually booked out a week or more in advance.
No-Shows and cancellations made within the late cancelation window will be charged as if you had attended.
If we have to refund due to extraneous reasons, there will be a 5% restocking fee to cover credit card fees.
Late Arrival: You will not be allowed to participate or spectate a class if you arrive more than 5 minutes late. No credits or refunds. We may start a private lesson or party late, but know that it will result in a shorter class. We cannot start until everyone has arrived and all e-waivers have been filled out. Your hour long booking does not start when you arrive, but for the time slot it was booked for.
**Please note that our e-waiver is long. PLEASE fill out it ahead of time. We do not have paper copies at the studio. It is on our website homepage.
Classes: If you purchased a drop-in and are unable to attend, a class credit will be given if cancellation happens 8+ hours in advance. Those with the Unlimited Monthly Package or All Access Pass will be charged a $10 fee for classes missed and late cancellations. Classes or workshops missed WILL NOT BE CREDITED OR REFUNDED.
If you cancel a class more than 8+ hours in advance, you will receive your credit in the form of payment used- class credits will go back to packages, and card payments go back to your "Groovio Wallet". Classes canceled within 8 hours of start time (late cancelations) or no-shows will be charged as if you had attended.
Private lessons: Private lessons must be pre-paid before booking. If you are not able to make it to your private lesson, you must let us know more than 24 hours in advance so we can rebook you within a week. Rebookings MUST be done within a week or original private lesson time.
Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded or credited. No hard feelings. We are booked rather heavily with people waiting for any opening and we need to charge for our time that could've been used for another eager student.
Parties: Party bookings include a $100 non-refundable retainer. The rest of the balance can be refunded if cancellation happens at least 48 hours in advance.
Full Classes: Most of our beginner classes fill up a week or so in advance. It is your responsibility to sign up ahead of time and cancel with enough leeway you won't be charged. If a class is full, please sign up for our waitlist!
COVID-19, Flu, Cold, etc:
Upon entering, please leave shoes and personal items in the cubbies by the door. Please wash hands upon arrival and before exit.
We are asking parents, grandparents, and guardians to remain in vehicles during class - we do not have a waiting area.
Please wipe your apparatus down with isopropyl alcohol (provided) in between turns if appropriate.
Please do not come to class if you or someone in your household is experiencing Covid or other illness symptoms or if you have been exposed to someone with Covid. Or the flu, or a cold. Doesn't matter. If an instructor gets sick and we can't cover the class, we will have to cancel it and this might affect people with expiring packages.
Ain't nobody got time for that! Thanks, friends!

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled class. We don't have a registration desk - just a mom with a business and a phone and some amazing instructors. Your instructor may be teaching another class, rigging apparatuses, taking a little bit of time to themselves or coming in from their other jobs/life. The doors might be locked. If you have questions, please refer to our Start Here! FAQ page, our social media, or our scheduling Sign Up page and make sure we have your waiver on file. Thank you!
ABSOLUTELY NO SPECTATORS: no partners, grandmas, pregnant friends, in-laws, etc that do not want to participate as their body allows. If someone is unable to join in the fun, we have a brewery, coffee shop, and park next door, as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby.
The ONLY exception is for kids classes. Parents are allowed to observe respectfully in the last 10-15 mins of class. A family show and tell will be held the last 20 mins of each multi week session.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or end the appointment early for any reason.
Disrespect to the studio, equipment, instructors, or other attendees will NOT be tolerated - and NO refunds will be given.
We cannot wait to share our favorite art forms with you all. Please, do not be disrespectful, unsafe, combative, bigoted, sl*t shaming or ask us to go against our policies - they are there for a reason and we do not owe anyone a negotiation.

Please check our facebook page for closings. We are closed on some holidays, between Spring & Summer, Summer & Fall, and the Christmas/New Years week. It is your responsibility to use all drop ins before their expiration date. Passes will NOT be extended due to inclement weather, holidays or closings.
If a class gets canceled, we will announce it on Facebook.com/417aerialist and an email to those signed up will be sent out. Please check the "classes" portion above for cancelations.
