What do I wear?
We recommend shorts and tanks. Sometimes we will need bare skin in our thighs and legs to hold us us up. Don't worry! We have super flattering ambient lighting! <3
What do I bring?
A mask! Pole clothes (shorts and a tank/shirt), water, phone, a friend and a spunky attitude!
What about heels?
Heels are welcome in our Exotic Floorwork class!

What if I have scars, stretch marks, bumpy skin, cellulite, varicose veins, cankles, etc?
Gurrrrlll... don't we all! Our instructors will be rocking their very, very human bodies out with you. We are of the strict belief that nothing should make you feel unworthy from enjoying your body as it is. Especially unrealistic, stupid beauty constructs. Cheers!
What if I'm not strong, flexible, graceful or coordinated?
You came to the right place! That's what you'll learn in pole class!
Where are you located?
2811 E Galloway, Suite B, Springfield, MO. Across the street from Sequiota Park, Next door to 4 by 4 Brewing Company. Additional parking is at Sequiota Park!
Can I come more than once a week?
Yes! Our Unlimited Package is perfect for those wanting to double up on their training!
Do you guys take drop ins?
Because our classes are progressive, we don't. It wouldn't be fair to the other students. HOWEVER, every 3rd Sunday of the month we host Pole Class Parties. You should come to one of those if you are wanting a one time experience. Or dm us to schedule a private lesson!
Can I come watch a class before I sign up?
No. That would make our students very uncomfortable.
What if I want to get stronger faster?
Then we recommend our aerial classes. They are much more upper body intensive and will get you doing pull-ups faster than our pole classes.
What if I want to work on inversions, Ayeshas, butterflies or more advanced tricks?
We can help you! Contact us for private lessons!
(The Beginning Pole Fitness class trains inversions, without kicking, and with beautiful straight legs.. get in here!)
What if I can't make it to one of my classes? What if I work with a mixed schedule and can make it on Monday one week, Wednesday the next, and then I'm taking a vacation on the third week?
If you miss a class you can make it up by coming to any other pole class during your 4 Week Series. You get 4 classes to use up in the 4 week series you signed up for.
For the Unlimited package, we do not prorate since you are already getting an awesome deal!
Im signing up late! Is that okay?
YES! Just come on in and we'll ring you up! If it's a 4 week session, you get to make up your missed classes by coming to any other pole class during the 4 week session. You get 4 classes, momma!
If it's Unlimited or want to upgrade to unlimited, just let one of the instructors know and we will upgrade you - just start coming to all the classes you want for the 4 week session. We do not prorate, though.
