🤔 Have you ever been sitting on a lyra and wished you could be on the other side or on a different leg? Or faced the wrong direction? Needed to move from top bar to bottom bar? Wanted to do something more diagonal and less butt up/ butt down?

In this workshop we are going to be working transitions, transitions, transitions! Front to back, side to side, up to down and all around orienteering in a squirrelly fashion. Come work on some super fun components that all tie together onto a brain melty super fun combo! 👾👽
🙃Pre-requisites: invert on lyra, double knee hang from top bar.
Optional: shoulder balance and amazon for one of the combos.
Class might split into Beginner and Intermediate levels to keep pace. Don’t be afraid to sign up! ☺️😉
