Beginner trapeze will focus on the technique of basic skills on trapeze as well as lyra (aerial hoop).
Students will learn the basic mounts and dismounts, skills under the bar, skills on the bar, and a few skills on the ropes. This class will focus on putting together these basic skills to create smooth combinations and spin sequences on trapeze. It will also focus on upper body and core conditioning required for higher skill levels.
This class is taught at Phenomenon Studio, 215 W Olive St, Springfield, MO. It runs from November 7th - December 12th.
Monthly Dues are due before the first class of every session.
