As featured in 417 Magazine, Aerial Silks is the new fitness class in town!
Through the next 8 weeks we will learn basic climbs, foot locks, double foot locks, hip keys, and a few tricks and drops to lay the foundation down to become an aerial dancer! Don't worry, all skills are taught close to the ground and the focus will be on conditioning and discovering new ways to move. This challenging rotation is designed for the complete beginner wanting to try a fun workout. While being fit doesn't hurt, no upper body strength, flexibility or coordination is required. We will tackle that together!
This class it taught at Zenith Climbing Center, 3534 E Sunshine St. #3, Springfield, MO.
**A minimum of 4 students must register for this class session in order to stay open**
Fall 2017 8 Week Sessions Are As Follows:

(Now Accepting Drop-Ins, Monthly and Monthly Unlimited Only)
Spring 2018 8 Week Sessions Are As Follows:
~Jan 8th - Mar 2nd
